2. Removal Services

Available methods may include towing, loading, dismantling, hauling, salvage, recycling, or disposal as appropriate for the unit and circumstances.
Services are subject to location, unit condition, access, equipment, paperwork, scheduling, and legal requirements. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, free removal, or a particular removal method.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Information or pricing provided through the Site, by phone, email, text message, or other communication is an estimate unless Ace Removal Services confirms otherwise in writing. Final pricing may depend on unit length and type, condition, structural damage, tires, wheels, axles, contents, title or VIN status, access conditions, towing or loading requirements, dismantling, special equipment, labor, transportation, and disposal requirements.
If the actual unit or site conditions differ from the information originally provided, Ace Removal Services may revise the price or decline the work before proceeding.
4. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are scheduled according to availability. Dates and arrival windows are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Traffic, weather, equipment issues, travel distance, earlier jobs, access conditions, and other circumstances may cause delays or require rescheduling.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may request cancellation or rescheduling by contacting Ace Removal Services before the scheduled appointment. A late cancellation, missed appointment, inaccessible unit, or same-day change may be subject to a fee when that fee was disclosed before service or agreed to in writing.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time agreed in the quote or service confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the removal. Accepted payment methods may vary. Additional authorized charges may apply when the requested scope changes or previously undisclosed conditions require extra labor, transportation, dismantling, equipment, or disposal.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about the unit, location, condition, contents, paperwork, access, hazards, and requested work. You must provide safe and reasonable access and identify gates, utility lines, septic systems, weak surfaces, overhead obstructions, hidden obstacles, or other conditions that could affect the work.
You represent that you own the unit and property or otherwise have legal authority to request and authorize the removal. You must disclose known liens, ownership disputes, abandoned-unit issues, missing title documents, or restrictions that may affect lawful removal.
8. Title, VIN, and Ownership Documents
Ace Removal Services may require identification, a title, registration, bill of sale, lien release, property authorization, or other documentation before accepting a unit. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and situation. Ace Removal Services may postpone or refuse removal when ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably verified.
9. Hazardous or Prohibited Materials
You must disclose known fuel, propane, batteries, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, biohazards, firearms, ammunition, controlled substances, pressurized containers, or other dangerous materials. Ace Removal Services may refuse any item or condition that is unsafe, unlawful, outside the agreed scope, or requires licensing or handling not available for the job.
10. Property Access and Existing Conditions
Ace Removal Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, rot, structural weakness, unsafe ground, concealed utilities, hidden obstacles, or damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer. Any known concern should be identified before work begins.
11. Removed Units and Materials
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an accepted unit and its materials may be transported, dismantled, salvaged, recycled, transferred, or disposed of as Ace Removal Services determines appropriate and as permitted by law. Personal belongings and items that should remain with the customer must be removed before the appointment.
12. Site Content
Text, images, graphics, logos, design elements, and service descriptions on the Site are provided for general information and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission from Ace Removal Services or the applicable rights holder.
13. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ace Removal Services does not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or current.
